Jobless day 14..

Busy spring cleaning the house.. Shift the wardrobe and bed.. So tiring.. Finish everything abt 2 plus.. Have a bath n sit in front of my labby n start my daily routine..

Evening time, me & Ms Joey try to do Hokkaido cake.. Recently I saw a lot of ppl selling this nia.. So went online to search for this recipe. Finally found it so me n Joey decide to make it. We dun have any whip cream so we nv put any cream inside the Hakkaido cake.. We try w/o it will taste gd ma..

In baking, I hate most is doing folding.. Need to mix other stuff with the flour by using folding method.. This one they need this folding method..

This is the final product with icing sugar..

Review from my parents... 

Mum: Nice.. ( Start to take another munching it)

Dad: Not bad ( Take another one again)

Wenzi: Quite nice ( finish up the 4 of them on the plate)

Joey: The cake so moist.. I like... (Take 4 to bring to sch for frendz)

Nxt time will try with cream filling.. hee hee..
