Went makan breakfast with mum n sis at Tampines St 11 round market.. Aft tat we went to tampines mall walk walk c c lo..

 

So piss off with Ta-q-bin service leh.. It really horrible lo.. Suppose the item I order will be send ytd to hubby work place in d end leh until 5pm no parcel receive. I call up d Ta-q-bin customer service.. Line busy nvm gt thru le I waited for 19 min than gt ppl pick up the phone.. The reason I get from them is SUPER "gd".. the lady told me the delivery man arrive but cannt find my hubby. I told tat lady there is so many staff there the delivery man nv ask n also tracking bill stated my hubby contact no y dun call n check. Tat lady ans is "we dun have the right to call the receipent".. My reaction was like... Huh!! I ask tat lady.. Than wa for ask ppl write the receipent contact no whereby u all dun have the right to call.. She told me have to reschdule tml for deliver.. I told her reschedule tml pls state in the remark "CALL THE RECEPIENT & URGENT PARCEL".. she said okok we made the remark and she ensure me will deliver.

 

I ard 2 plus call them up.. I ask them what is the status of the parcel..Tat guy said parcel will be send by 5pm. I ask tat guy to check the remark do it stated call the recepient. I just a simple qns.. This guy like nv give me a ans.. His reply is " we dun call receipent when we abt to deliver the parcel." I repeat the qns again to him. Can u pls check the remark area does it stated pls call the recepient. tat guy still the same ans.. I told him off.. I now asking u to c the remark column do it stated call the recepient. You just need to ans me YES OR NO! Finally he said Yes it stated. I ask him again confirm will deliver by 5pm. He said Yes ok..

 

Another disappointment.. Hubby msg me said haven rec'd n somemore is over 5pm le almost 6pm.. I call them up.. line busy again..Get thru le.. I ask the guy to check for me.. He give me a reason which really I cannt accept de lo..

 

He said "Delivery man never take the parcel from the branch and need to reschedule.." I told him off.. Ytd I call ur col told me recepient nt ard unable to send reschedule n promise today will deliver.. Now u tell me parcel still in the branch have to reschedule.." like tat my parcel 4ever in branch no need to send..I already keep reminding is URGENT!!!! n at 2 plus i call one of ur col said will deliver by 5pm.. Y tat time he nv ever mention PARCEL NT TAKEN!!! He apologize.. but really need to reschedule. Ok hubby said this time schedule to the branch at Taka he go n collect better.. I hope this time nothing go wrong ba..

 

Slack at home ard 7 plus, follow Ms Wenzi go Tampines One as she wan to buy something for her frendz bb ger full mth gift.. Shop until 8 plus almost 9pm I bused down to my love nest and Ms Wenzi went back home..

 

Hubby brought me MCD ebi burger & banana pie.. Hee hee.. I quite like the burger n banana pie.. The banana pie taste like goreng pisang and the ebi burger taste quite similiar to mos burger de.. Overall nt bad..
